How we’ll work

Dialogue instead of a form.
We simply talk. I ask questions, read between the lines and put the brief together myself. Then I send it to you for approval.

70% or 100% of the cost.
Work begins after payment. Ongoing support is billed at the end of the month, with no prepayment.

I’m getting started to complete the task.
What counts as the first stage depends on the service:
Logo First logo concept Identity First logo concept Branding Brand strategy and first logo concept If you decide to stay, I will refund the balance of your deposit. 50% of payments are non-refundable after the first stage. This is payment for studying the project, for a place in the queue and for the time spent on the first stage.

Revisions — within the approved brief.
Other edits are paid separately.

Everything approved, you pay the remainder.
After that, I send the files.

ZIP archive or a download link.
Logo in all variants, a brand book presentation and applications, if we discussed them. If needed, I present the project on a call or in person.
